Six Simple Steps
From request to doorstep
Submit Order Request
Browse the catalogue, choose your size, and submit your Order Request at checkout. No payment is taken and you’re under no obligation — you’re simply telling us what you’d like. You receive an instant confirmation email with your reference number.
Team Review
A StepForge representative reviews your request, usually within one business day. We confirm the model and size are available and verify authenticity and condition as part of preparing your order — the checkpoint that sets our process apart.
Invoice Issued
We email you an invoice covering the product and any shipping, with the full total clearly itemised and simple instructions to settle it. Nothing is hidden, and you can ask us anything before you decide to proceed.
Payment Received
Once you settle your invoice through our secure channel, your order is confirmed and moves into fulfilment. This is the only point at which payment is taken — after everything has been reviewed and agreed with you.
Shipment
Your order is inspected once more, carefully packed and dispatched — typically within one to two business days — with full tracking. You receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to follow your parcel.
Delivery
Your authentic footwear arrives at your door, tracked the whole way. After delivery you have 30 days to request a return or exchange if anything isn’t right — and our support team remains on hand for anything you need.
